If a replacement product is unavailable or if you choose a refund, refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer, store credit, or direct digital payment upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

4. Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging included.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
